Support Us

Ticket revenue covers only 25% of the Choral Society’s expenses, with generous gifts from individuals and businesses providing much of the rest. Every gift, large or small, helps to keep ticket prices affordable and increases our ability to continue to bring the finest choral music to our community. You can provide financial support to the society using a variety of options. Choose the one that suits your comfort level!

Credit Card

Make a secure online donation through Square. We will be happy to accept your credit card donation via Square coming soon. Just select the amount you wish to donate, and enter your payment method. It's that simple!

Qualified Charitable Distribution

If you are over 73 and have an Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), you have the option of contributing part or all of your RMD to any tax exempt organization. If you would like to contribute your RMD via a Qualified Charitable Contribution to the Choral Society, you can designate it for the general fund, any of our endowment funds, or for any concert or project that if important to you. QCD gifts should be addressed to the State College Choral Society. Our tax ID number is 25-1453237.

Endowment Giving

The greatest benefit from a gift to the endowment is the knowledge that your gift will ensure the continued excellence of one of the Centre Regions finest community choruses, now and for many years to come.

Individual Giving

Your tax-deductible gift may be given for one of many reasons:

  • The State College Choral Society participates in CentreGives, a 36-hour online giving event designed to encourage community giving to Centre County non-profits, hosted by Centre Foundation.
